They say its the “dogs day of summer” but are we witnesssing something else entirely? For those of us in the United States, we experienced extreme heat, tragically many have died due to the high temperatures. USA Today reported that in New Jersey alone there were 29 suspected heat-related deaths since the start of July. Many victims were seniors or individuals found in homes lacking air conditioning. Mississippi has also confirmed fatalities.

The US broke 1,300 daily temperatures in the last couple of weeks alone. Temperatures rose to 106°F in Atlantic City and 103°F in Washington, D.C.

Although these types of temperatures have faded slightly, we are in for a second phase over the Western and Central U.S. So right now, we are literally in the dog days of summer.

However, the US is not alone. According to Yale Climate Connections, the planet concluded its second hottest June ever recorded in human history and Western Europe experienced its hottest June in history. With that said, the temperatures also soared in Iran, Pakistan and India.

Over the last year we have seen the sun act very strange as its not just the scorching heat that is remarkably unusual. We have experienced solar flares and coronal mass ejections on a scale that has scientist scratching their heads.

As I write this, the sun has entered Solar Cycle 25 which has currently smashed every single scientic model.

According to the NOAA, “Scientists originally predicted a peak of around 115 sunspots. The Sun blew past that almost immediately, routinely doubling the predicted activity and throwing off the timeline by peaking nearly a year ahead of schedule.” 

Space.com tells us, “The Sun’s magnetic poles completely reverse polarity every 11 years. During this current cycle, the flip has been unusually uneven and messy. Active regions with “abnormal polarity” have caused the Sun’s northern polar field to drop sharply and become exceptionally weak compared to previous cycles.”

Jesus warned two thousand years ago that we would see changes in our sun, moon and stars and that is exactly what is happening right now.

Luke 21:25 “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;”

As for the heat, well its going to get much hotter. In fact, during the Great Tribulation it will get so hot that the sun will actually scorch people to death with great heat.

Revelation 16:8-9 “⁸ And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire. ⁹ And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.”

Those that “miss” the rapture and still refuse to accept Jesus as their Savior, will endure frightening judgments by God for seven years, if they can even survive the tribulation. Many will not. 

Today is the day of your salvation, seek the Lord while He may still be found because when He does come it will happen in the twinkling of an eye and you will be left behind.

In the last few weeks we have seen earthquakes that are literally off the charts, take for instance what happened in Venezuela which is reeling after two major earthquakes struck near Caracas back-to-back. A magnitude 7.2 foreshock hit first, followed only 40 seconds later by a powerful 7.5 mainshock.  The reported death toll for these twin quakes is currently at a staggering 3,889 souls.

In the meantime, Japan was slammed with a 6.9 that struck off the coast Kuji, Japan, causing strong shaking.

And it doesn’t stop there California was slammed with a moderate 5.6 magnitude earthquake that struck Mendocino County near Ukiah.

“Some reports have linked the earthquake to the Maacama Fault, the northernmost segment of the Hayward Fault, which is a subsystem of the San Andreas Fault.”

And now they are saying that the LA is on Earthquake alert as fault lines hit highest stress levels in history. According the New York Post”

Los Angeles could be edging closer to “the big one,” with new research finding earthquake stress has reached its highest levels in at least 1,000 years along two of California’s most dangerous fault systems.

If California’s big one goes off we will see the Cascadia Subduction Zone begin to rumble as well. The entire West Coast could experience a reeling like never before seen. In the meantime we are seeing earthquakes effect other areas around the globe. Japan again was slammed with a 6.0 and a 6.1 within days of eachother.

Indonesia was slammed with a 6.2 quake and the Gulf of Mexico with a 6.0 quake.

The earth is rumbling and shaking these last few weeks and it is exactly what we are supposed to see right before Christ’s return.

If you have been following my channel for any length of time, you know I have been warning earthquakes are increasing and coming closer together especially in the last year.  The Bible calls this the Birth Pains and I believe we are living in the very midst of them right now.
